Mary Ellis Morris started Morris Independence Consultants after six years in the public education system. She noticed that once neurodivergent young adults exited schools they still needed valuable supports to access the community and feel ready to be independent. There are not many services offered to individuals with neuro differences outside of schools, Mary Ellis wanted to offer a solution to our communities.

We are a group of master-level consultants and educators who provide quality transition care. As a disability consultant collective, we assist clients by providing life skills, job skills, social skills, and executive functioning skills coaching. We help our clients connect with one of our consultants who can meet their needs and is available online or in-person.
